Richard Bayford was born about 1535. [Ref] He died between 17 Apr 1599, when he wrote his will, and 15 May 1599, when it was probated. [Ref] He married Joan Searle on 10 Apr 1564 in Farnham. [Ref]
Richard was a ploughwright. [Ref] On 10 Apr 1564, he gave his tenement in Farnham, together with a lease of 12 acres, to his son Thomas. [Ref] He left his lands to his son William, who was to pay Francis £7.3.0. He left goods to his wife Joan and daughters Mary and Elizabeth. [Ref]

Francis was baptised on 13 Apr 1567 in Farnham. [Ref] He died shortly before 3 Dec 1622, when his will was proved. [Ref] He married Johan Unknown. [Ref]
In his will of 9 Jun 1614, he calls himself a husbandman of Farnham. [Ref] He left the tenement where he lived to his son Richard, after his wife's decease. He left his younger son John, 'Running House', 'Rosemary Close' and 'New Close'. When they reached 21, Richard and John were each to pay their sister Agnes £6. The residue of Francis's estate was left to his wife Joan. [Ref]

Agnes (Annis, Anne) Bayford was baptised on 12 Jun 1603 in Farnham. [Ref] She was buried on 15 Mar 1682/3 in Roxbury. [Ref] She married first William Chandler as his second wife on 6 Nov 1625 in Farnham. [Ref] He died on 26 Jan 1641/2 in Roxbury. [Ref] Agnes married second John Dane on 2 Jul 1643 as his second wife. [Ref] He was buried on 14 Sep 1658 in Roxbury. [Ref] Agnes married third Dea. John Parmenter of Sudbury and Roxbury as his second wife on 9 Aug 1660. [Ref] He died on 1 May 1671, age 83. [Ref]
The church record for her death calls her, 'Old Mother Parmiter, a blessed saint'. [Ref]
