  3. Ebenezer Thornton Beaman died on 11 May 1764. [BCG, p. 111] He married first Rebecca Kendall about 1713. [BCG, p. 111] Rebecca was the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Comey) of Woburn and the granddaughter of Francis and Mary (Tidd) Kendall.
