  2. Elizabeth Brackett was born on 16 Feb 1677/8 [BG, p. 121] in Braintree. [MVRB][EW, 157; 201] She was baptised on 24 Feb 1677/8 in Braintree. [EW, 157; 205] She died between 14 Aug 1712, when her last child was born, and 23 Jun 1735, when her mother wrote her will, probably in Rehoboth. [EW, 157; 205] She married John Bowen on 12 Sep 1700 in Rehoboth. [EW, 157; 205] John was son of Richard and Esther (Sutton) Bowen and the grandson of Richard Bowen. [EW, 157; 205] He was born on 15 March 16[71?] in Rehoboth. [EW, 157; 205] He died on 1 Apr 1748 in Rehoboth. [EW, 157; 205]
    Her grandfather Richard Brackett left Elizabeth twenty pounds in his will of 1688/9. [EW, 157; 201]

    4. Esther Bowen was born on 19 Dec 1709 in Rehoboth. [EW, 157; 206] She died between 4 Apr and 3 Jun 1783. She married as his second wife Isaac Brown after 15 Mar 1728/9 (int.) in Rehoboth. [MF, p. 73]
    5. John Bowen was born on 19 Dec 1709. [EW, 157; 206] He died on 9 Sep 1792 and is buried in the Newman Cemetery in East Providence, Rhode Island (then Rehoboth). [EW, 157; 206]
    6. Thomas Bowen was born on 14 Aug 1712. [EW, 157; 206] He died in Cumberland, Rhode Island on 20 Nov 1765. [EW, 157; 206]
