  1. Samuel Cary married Mary Pool [K, p. 463] on 25 Apr 1704 in Bridgewater. [M]
    1. Elizabeth Cary was born in 1709. [Ref, p. 72] It is frequently stated (without references) that Elizabeth is the Elizabeth Cary who married Joseph Adams on 23 Feb 1738 [B2, "Mary Cary"] in the Congregational church in Brooklyn, Windham, Connecticut. [B1] This Elizabeth died on 3 Sep 1753 in Pomfret. [H]
  2. Ephraim Cary died on 18 Jul 1765. [K, p. 464] He is buried in the Old Graveyard in East Bridgewater. Click here to see a photo of his grave.
