William Comstock of Wethersfield was a soldier in the Pequot War of 1637-8. [Ref] George bought a house and land in Wethersfield from Richard Mills in Apr 1641. [Ref] On 1 Aug 1644 Richard Mills pled his case against William Comstock and John Sadler for slander. [Ref] On the first Thursday in Dec 1644 Richard Mills pled a case against William. [Ref]

Anne Comstock was baptised on 9 Apr 1671 in New London. [Ref] She married Ebenezer Billings on 28 Feb or 1 Mar 1680/1. [Ref says the evidence that this Anne married Ebenezer is circumstantial; there was no other Anne Comstock the right age.]
Anne, the wife of Ebenezer Billings, was admitted to the first church in Stonington on 30 Sep 1705. [Ref]
