  2. Peletiah Cummings was born on 6 Mar 1758 in Topsfield. [MVRT] He is said to have died on 27 Oct 1776 and to have been a soldier in the Revolutionary War.
  3. Lydia Cummings was born on 24 Apr 1760 in Topsfield. [MVRT] She died on 3 Apr 1843. She might be the Lydia who married Hezekiah Hotchkins of New Ipswich on 18 Dec 1780 in Topsfield. [MVRT]
    The heirs of Hezekiah and Lydia Hodgkins made a successful application for a Revolutionary War pension, dated 4 Feb 1845 at Troy, New Hampshire, on the grounds of Hezekiah's service as a private and as a sergeant in the Massachusetts troops. He served under Capt. Bernard and Col. Little. [RWPA]
