2. Betsey Hapgood was born on 16 Feb 1773. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] She married Thomas Hammond on 26 May 1795. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] Thomas was the son of Thomas Hammond. [HFDS, pp. 45-50]
   Betsey and Thomas joined the Shirley, Massachusetts Shakers. [HFDS, pp. 45-50]
3. Lucy Hapgood was born on 9 Dec 1775. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] She died on 29 Oct 1851. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] She married James Wilson on 15 Dec 1828. [HFDS, pp. 45-50]
   James was a wool carder, fuller and cloth dresser. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] Lucy and James lived in Shirley. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] They had no children. [HFDS, pp. 45-50]
4. Jabez Hapgood was born on 30 Sep 1781. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] He married Susanna Haskell. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] Susanna was the sister of Jabez's brother John's wife. [HFDS, pp. 45-50]
5. Shadrach Hapgood was born on 16 Dec 1783. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] He died on 21 Jan 1853. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] He married first Nancy Puffer on 14 Nov 1806. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] Nancy was the daughter of Jonathan and Abigail Puffer. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] She was born on 16 May 1786. [HFDS, pp. 45-50] She died on 16 Oct 1849.
