RICHARD LORD (d. 1610)

Richard Lord, yeoman, was buried on 16 Oct 1610. [Ref] He married Joan Unknown. She was buried on 22 Sep 1610. [Ref]
In his will, written on 30 May 1610 and probated on 7 Feb 1611, Richard mentions his wife Joan and children Thomas, Elizabeth, Ellen and Alice. [Ref provides a transcription] He left his wife has of his goods, the use of the chamber over the kitchen and an annuity of £5 from his lands in Towcester.

THOMAS LORD (b. abt 1585) of Towcester
Parents: Richard Lord and Joan Unknown [Ref]
Thomas Lord was born about 1585. Thomas probably died before 14 May 1663, when the General Court ordered Dorothy to mend the fence granted to her and her husband. [Ref] He married Dorothy Bird on 20 Feb 1610/1. [Ref]
On 10 Feb 1610/1 Thomas was issued a marriage license in Peterborough, allowing him to marry Dorothy, the daughter of Robert Bird of Towcester. [Ref]
His father left Thomas half of his goods and his lands in Towcester and told him to pay his debts and pay his mother a £5 annuity. [Ref]
Thomas Lord , a 50-year-old smith, Dorothy, his 46-year-old wife and their children Thomas (16), Ann (14), William (12), John (10), Robert (9), Amy (6) and Dorothy (4) are on a 29 Apr 1635 list of passengers to be transported to New England on the Elizabeth and Ann. [Ref] The ages are significantly younger than is consistent with their baptisms.

A Robert Lord is on a 19 Dec 1648 list of residents of Ipswich who paid a tax to pay Maj. Daniel Denison (brother of Capt. George Denison) to be their leader. [Ref]
ANN LORD
Parents: Thomas Lord and Dorothy Bird
Ann Lord was baptised as "Anna" on 18 Sep 1614 in Towceste. [Ref] She married Thomas Stanton. [Ref]
Mrs. Anna Stanton was admitted to the first church in Stonington on 14 Mar 1675. [Ref]
