James was an immigrant to New England. [Ref] He was in Roxbury in 1640. [Ref] He was in New London in 1651. [Ref]

James was admitted freeman on 10 May 1643. [Ref]

1. Hannah Morgan was born on 18 July 1642 in Roxbury. [Ref][Ref] She married Nehemiah Royce, son of Robert Royce, on 20 Nov 1680 in New London. [Ref]
2. Capt. James Morgan was baptised on 3 (1) 1643/4 in Roxbury. [Ref] He married Mary Vine "of Old England" "sometime in the month of November" 1666 in New London. [Ref]
3. John Morgan was baptised on 30 Sep [or Mar] 1645 in Roxbury. [Ref] He married Rachel Dyman on 16 Nov 1665 in New London. [Ref]
4. Joseph Morgan was baptised on 29 Nov 1646 in Roxbury. He married Dorothy Parke.
5. Abraham Morgan was baptised on 3 Sep 1648 in Roxbury. [Ref]
