John Rigby died in 1647. [Ref] He married Isabel Unknown. [Ref] Isabel died on 22 Jun 1673 in Dorchester. [Ref] Isabel married second Edward Breck of Dorchester. [Ref] Edward Breck came from Ashton, Lancashire with Mr. Mather in 1635. [Ref] Isabel married third, as his second wife, Anthony Fisher [Ref] of Roxbury on 14 Nov 1663. [Ref] Anthony, the son of Anthony and Marie (Fiske) Fisher, was baptised on 23 Apr 1591 in Syleham and died on 18 Apr 1671 in Dorchester. [Ref] Anthony married first Alice Unknown about 1615. [Ref]
John Rigby probably came to Dorchester about 1637. [Ref] He is on a 1641 list of inhabitants of Dorchester. [Ref] He was a freeman on 18 May 1642. [Ref]
John's will was proved on 9 (10) 1647; inventory was taken on 16 (2) 1647. [Ref]

Mehitable Rigby was baptised in 1643 in Dorchester. [Ref: probable daughter] She died on 22 Mar 1680 in Scituate, about two weeks after having her fifth child. [Ref] She married Nathaniel Turner on 29 Mar 1664 in Scituate. [Ref][Ref][Ref]
