1. Thankful Sears was born on 18 Mar 1706/7 [DRSY, p. 59] in Yarmouth. [MVRY, 5;160, d. Richard and Hope] She died on 17 Oct 1782, age 76. [RRE, 83;271] She married John Rich [RRE, 83;271, d. Richard and Hope (Howes)][DRSY, p. 59] John was the son of Dea. John and Mary (Treat) Rich and the grandson of Richard and Sarah (Roberts) Rich of Dover Point, New Hampshire and Eastham and of Rev. Samuel Treat of Eastham. [RRE, 83;271] He was born on 23 Jan 1705/6 in Eastham. [RRE, 83;271] He died on 27 Mar 1779 in Truro, age 74. [RRE, 83;271] Thankful and John are buried in North Truro. [RRE, 83;271]
   Thankful's uncle Daniel Sears was appointed the guardian of Thankful, age 17, on 19 Sep 1723. [DRSY, p. 59]
2. Paul Sears was born about 1710 in Chatham. [DRSY, p. 59] He married Anna Atkins in 1730. [DRSY, p. 94] Anna was the daughter of Joseph Atkins. [DRSY, p. 94] She was born about 1713. She died on 17 Oct 1783, age 70, in Chatham. [DRSY, p. 59]
   Paul's stepfather John Rich was appointed sthe guardian of Paul, age 13, on 19 Sep 1723. [DRSY, p. 59]
   1. Hope Sears married first Unknown Doane. [HHP, pp. 1567-8] She married second as his second wife Thomas Howes on 22 Aug 1767. [HHP, pp. 1567-8]
3. Samuel Sears was born about 1712 in Chatham. [DRSY, p. 59]
   Samuel's uncle Daniel Sears was appointed the guardian of Samuel, age 10, on 19 Sep 1723. [DRSY, p. 59]
4. Hannah Sears was born in Chatham. [DRSY, p. 59] She married Zoheth Smith of Eastham on 23 Feb 1737/8. [DRSY, p. 59] Zoheth was born on 11 Dec 1716. [DRSY, p. 59]
   Hannah's uncle Daniel Sears was appointed her guardian on 19 Sep 1723. [DRSY, p. 59]
