  3. Elizabeth Tupper was born on 22 Sep 1753. [TTHD, p. 22] She was baptised on 9 Dec 1753 in Sandwich. [MVRS] She died on 29 Nov 1848, a widow aged 95 years. [TTHD, p. 22] She married Ephraim Kempton, Jr. on 8 May 1774. [TTHD, p. 22] Ephraim was the son of Thomas and Mary (Hathaway) Kempton. [TTHD, p. 22] He was born on 26 Jan 1745 in Dartmouth. [TTHD, p. 22] He died on 25 Jan 1802. [TTHD, p. 22]
    Ephraim was a mariner. [TTHD, p. 22]
