  1. Caroline M. Walker was born about 1825 [C1850][C1860] in Bethel. [C1860]
  2. Charlotte H. Walker was born on 12 Apr 1832 [BRM, p. 290] in Bethel. [C1860] She married Thomas Swan as his second wife [BRM, p. 290] after 1870. Thomas was born on 11 Sep 1810. [BRM, p. 290] He died on 15 Apr 1896 in Waterford, Maine. He married first Eliza Sanderson. [BRM, p. 290]
    Surprisingly, none of the children listed below were living with Thomas and Charlotte in 1880.
    1. Caroline M. Swan married D. B. Willis. [BRM, p. 290]
      D. B. was a speculator and merchant of Lewis, Maine. [BRM, p. 290]
    2. Charlotte H. Swan [BRM, p. 290]
    3. Columbia Swan died in infancy. [BRM, p. 290]
