Bartholomew Heath was born about 1616. He died in 1681. [Ref] He married Hannah Moyce.
Bartholomew moved from Newbury to Haverhill in 1646. [Ref]
Bartholomew Heath of Haverhill was made a freeman on 28 (1) 1648. [Ref] He sued Thomas Smith for debt at the 28 (1) 1648 court at Ipswich. [Ref] He was on the grand jury at the 9 (2) 1650 court at Salisbury and the 1 (8) 1650 court at Hampton. [Ref] He was on the trial jury at the 4 (8) 1653 court in Hampton. [Ref]
Bartholomew deposed that he was 41 in 1657. [Ref 2;27] He said that he was 41 in 1656. [Ref]
