Moiety of freehold meadow (3 roods), sometime of Richard Wordeswort and formerly parcel of the possessions of St. John's Abbey, Colchester, in Stanway, abutting on lands late of Christopher Jenney, esquire on east and north and meadow late of Bartholomew Brock on south and west; moiety of messuage called Nevers alias Pages in Great Birch and all the lands (130 acres and appurtenances thereto belonging, and a moiety of all other property of the said Jeremy Fitch in Great Birch, Copford and Stanway

In trust to the use of Jeremy Fitch and Hannah Letten, his intended wife, for lives in survivorship, with remainder to their joint issue, or, in default thereof, to the right heirs of Jeremy Fitch

Recites: that a marriage has been arranged between Jeremy Fitch as above and Hannah Letten of Dunton, spinster
