Suicide of and Army Officer

Shreveport, LA. Jan 5.

Lieutenant E. P. Colby, of the United States army, committed suicide at Jefferson, Texas, on the 31st. nlt., by shooting himself through the head with a revolver. He was a son of S. C. Colby, of the Treasury Department.
