Jacob Warren is in the Chelmsford section of the 11 Mar 1673/4 list of freemen. [Ref]

On 30 (3) 1671 the selectman of Chelmsford assessed the residents of the town to pay the minister; Jacob was assessed a low rate: £0.09.0. [Ref]

He was in the Chelmsford garrison on 16 Mar 1691/2. [Ref]

In 1699 Jacob Warren was chosen rate collector for the east side of the newly formed town of Plainfield; Richard Adams for the west. [Ref]

[Ref, p. 14] She married second John Fellows. [Ref, p. 14] John, the son of Ephraim and Mary Fellows of Ipswich, married first Rachel Unknown. [Ref, p. 14] Sarah married third Dea. Joshua Whitney on 11 Dec 1751 in Plainfield. [Ref, p. 14] Joshua was the son of Joshua Whitney and Lydia Unknown. [Ref, p. 14]

He was in the Chelmsford garrison on 16 Mar 1691/2. [Ref]

About 1690, and for several years after, many Chelmsford residents migrated to Connecticut to found the new town of Canterbury. One of these was Jacob Warren. [Ref]

Jacob was an early freeholder of Plainfield, living on the east side of the Quinebaug. [Ref]

Jacob was a Representative of Plainfield in the General Assembly in 1708 and 1710; he was a selectman in 1709 and 1712. [Ref, p. 13]
