Some Descendants of Sarah Clark (William) and John Fenner of Saybrook, Middlesex, Connecticut
John Fenner of Saybrook signed his will on 22 Oct 1708. He left his daughters Sarah and Phebe £20, saying they had "had part of portions". Gershom Palmer, husband to Sarah, and David Buell, husband to Phebe, objected to the will. [NLPR, 11; 104] In 1732 the widow Sarah Fenner of Saybrook divided land she had been left by her husband Capt. John Fenner between her daughter Phebe, wife of David Buell, the heirs of her deceased daughter Sarah Palmer, namely John and Gershom Palmer, and her daughter, Hannah Starkie of Saybrook.
